Blue Dream Sativa Hybrid

Updated: Jan 30

Welcome, Spaced Cadets! This blog will be a review of one of the most infamous Sativa Hybrid strains, Blue Dream. If you haven’t heard of Blue Dream, keep reading to learn more about the effects and benefits you could get from it.

40/60 Sativa

Blue Dream is a Sativa-dominant hybrid crossed with Blueberry and Haze. Ours is a 60/40 Sativa, testing at 21.78% THC. Do not let the low THC percentage fool you; the terpenes and cannabinoids enhance your experience with it too. The most abundant terpenes in Blue Dream are Myrcene, Pinene, and Caryophyllene.

Some effects you can expect from Blue Dream are relaxation, creativity, energy, and euphoria. People also like to use Blue Dream to help with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and stress. The flavors associated with Blue Dream are berry, earthy, fruity, and sweet. That is a tasteful array of flavors for this strain! Some negatives were reported with Blue Dream. You can experience dry mouth, paranoia, and dry eyes.

The Blue Dream showed a light green color, with numerous trichomes visibly present! It was effortless to break down and had a fluffy appearance. The aroma was a delightful blend of sweet berry and lemon-like scents. The inhale flavor presented an earthy, gas-like taste, while the exhale delivered a sweet floral sensation that left a pleasant aftertaste. I tried Blue Dream on two different occasions and experienced the same effects each time. I tried it when I was feeling down and tired. On both occasions, I experienced a quick head high that provided an almost immediate boost of energy. Throughout the high, I felt more focused and creative, accompanied by a pleasant, relaxed feeling in my body, without feeling tired afterward.

Blue Dream is a good strain if you need to be productive and for that extra energy boost! If you want to try this wonderful strain, come by Spaced and get yourself a gram or two!
